Robert Christy, as one of the founders, started Farm Accounts Computer Tax Service, Inc. (F.A.C.T.S) in 1988, to service farmers and their tax needs.  After teaching Adult Farm Management classes, Bob quickly discovered that area farmers had no one to help them with their specialized tax needs.

In 1994, he started Christy Insurance, a DBA of F.A.C.T.S. Inc., to help farmers with their extensive insurance needs.  As a farmer himself, he had first hand experience in what farmers are looking for and what their needs are when it comes to Farm and Federal Crop Insurance.

Bob is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, Health, Federal Crop Insurance and Flood.

Along with his Independent Agents, he looks forward to helping you with all your insurance needs.

Sandra Madsen , an Independent Licensed Insurance Agent, has experience in serving customers with their insurance needs since 2006.  Besides being a dedicated agent of Christy Insurance she also helps customers with Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping and Payroll services. 

Sandy is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, Health, Flood, and Certified in Federal Crop Insurance.    

After being a stay-at-home mom for the last 10 years, she started working for Christy Insurance Agency and enjoys serving customers and their insurance needs.  Sandy can’t imagine working any place else - she enjoys the small town, family culture, with a big town means of Christy Insurance. Sandy also enjoys time with her husband and two children and spending time with family and friends.
